Khadeeja Designs ("we", "our", "us") is a boutique Aari embroidery studio based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What data we collect

Information you give us directly:

• Your name and mobile number when you submit an enquiry form
• Your city and optional event date
• Your design brief and any message you include in the form

When enabled, third-party analytics tools may collect:

• Pages visited on our website and time spent on each page
• Device and browser type
• General location at city or region level - not your exact address

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
• To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it

Third-party tools we use

Microsoft Clarity: We use Microsoft Clarity on selected pages to understand how visitors interact with our site and improve its design and usability. Clarity may collect technical information, pages visited, clicks, scrolling and other interaction data, and may create session recordings or heatmaps. Do not enter sensitive personal information anywhere on the site. For details about Clarity and available controls, see Microsoft's privacy statement.

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel: The site can send page, product-view, successful-enquiry and WhatsApp-click events when these tags are enabled in the deployment. The event payload may include a design name, but does not include form contact details. Check the deployment's tag and consent settings for current configuration.

Formspree: When you submit our enquiry form, data is processed by Formspree and delivered to our email. See Formspree's privacy policy for details.

How we store your data

When you submit an enquiry, the information you provide is sent to Formspree so it can be delivered to us by email. We use it to respond to your request and discuss a possible order. We do not store enquiry data in our own website database or CRM. Formspree processes the submission on our behalf; see Formspree's privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us to delete any personal information you have shared with us. Contact us at contact@khadeejadesigns.in and we will remove your data within 7 working days.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data.

Cookies

Microsoft Clarity may use cookies or similar technologies on pages where it is enabled. You can manage or delete cookies using your browser settings. GA4 and Meta Pixel may also use cookies or similar technologies when enabled in the deployment; review the deployed consent settings before use.

When an enquiry link includes campaign parameters such as UTM tags or advertising click IDs, the site may retain those values in session storage for the current browser session and include them in the enquiry. The WhatsApp links open WhatsApp with a short, design-specific message prefilled; you choose whether to send it.
